Summary:
The Onsite Project Manager will be
responsible for end-to-end onsite execution of GreenLiving.in’s interior
fit-out projects. This role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on site
management, and the ability to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and
adherence to design and safety standards.
You will act as the primary point of
contact at the site, coordinating between design teams, vendors, contractors,
and clients.
Requirements
Required
Qualifications & Skills
· Diploma
or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or
related field.
· 4-8
years of experience in onsite execution of interior fit-out projects.
· Strong
understanding of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and site
workflows.
· Ability
to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
· Excellent
coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Willingness
to travel and work full-time at project sites.
Preferred
Experience
· Experience
handling residential and/or commercial interior projects.
· Prior
experience working with multiple vendors and tight timelines.
· Familiarity
with sustainable or eco-friendly interior practices is a plus.
