This position coordinates project teams from presales, design to delivery as well as implementing the different SW products that DN offers to its various customers. Must have knowledge, expertise, practical experience and project management skills to lead team members, resolve issues and ensure
achievement of project goals. Must have practical experience on Project Management tools (Example: MS Project, others). Plans, organizes, secures, and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed, and delivered in a manner that meets DN objectives and customer expectations.
You are responsible for
• Manage of all aspects of projects with direct accountability
• Lead the project team to the delivery of successful projects
• Project Management for moderately complex projects within a functional, operational, or
technical area.
• Supports all aspects of project execution, including but not limited to:
o Requirements gathering, chartering, scope definition, project planning, change control,
risk management, reporting and follow up on day to day project activities
• Manage project resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control.
• Scope, risk, and issue management; including documenting, communicating, and facilitating
resolutions or mitigation plans
• Develop and update project plan according to the evolution of the project
• Project Stakeholder management
• Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensures consistent application of Project Management practices, DN compliance and
methodologies
• Manage weekly/daily follow up meetings
• Ensures understanding of core processes, workflow, and customer / stakeholder
interdependencies
• Take initiative, prioritize work, manage time and respond effectively to a rapidly changing
environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management, or Project Management related
• 5+ Years’ experience in Project Management roles
• English Proficient
• Experience in the Finance / Banking industry preferred
• Experience with IT projects preferred
• Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the software development cycle
• Problem-solving skills
• Results oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with MS Project
• Experience with JIRA
