This position is part of the Radiometer - Technical Project Management - Strategic Projects and PMO team, and located in Radiometer Solutions z o.o., Stargard and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Technology Transfer Projects department and report to to the Senior Manager, Technology Transfer Projects responsible for leading global transfer technology projects. The Project Manager, Technology Transfer Projects for Radiometer is responsible for:
- Leading/managing of global technology transfer projects
- Developing the technology transfer plan (scope, timeline, budget)
- Identifying potential risks and implementing risk mitigation plans
- Coordinating collaboration between R&D, Engineering, Production, QA, RA, Supply Chain, and Procurement
- Organizing project meetings and alignment sessions between sites
- Ensuring effective communication between the sending site (technology owner) and the receiving site (manufacturing site)
- Ensuring the complete transfer of all critical documentation
- Facilitating knowledge transfer between teams (workshops, site visits, technical sessions)
- Ensuring proper training of engineers, operators, and quality personnel at the receiving site
- Monitoring progress and reporting status to the steering committee and stakeholders
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Coordinating collaboration between multiple sites in Poland, Denmark, Finland, China and United States
- Managing the project budget and resources
- Defining project deliverables and key milestones
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience in managing engineering or transfer projects
- Technical knowledge to manufacturing equipment and experience with specification and commissioning of these
- Min 5 years experience in manufacturing industry (automotive or medical will be an advantage)
- Developed analytical, organization, communication as well as team-oriented skills
