Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of projects/programs, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project management processes, tools, and systems.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide direction to drive successful project outcomes.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Oversee project budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial performance, implementing corrective actions as required.
Lead and coordinate complex customer and ETO projects, including project meetings, kick-offs, FAT, and SAT activities.
Maintain project data, milestones, forecasts, and activity tracking in SAP (CJ20N) and MS Project.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and PMO governance frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of project/program management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects with very similar industry and domain.
PMP certification required; Agile SAFe Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including MS Project.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
Experience working in a similar industry and managing customer-facing projects.
Working knowledge of SAP and project management modules is preferred; fluent English required.
