We are seeking a talented individual to join our Ireland Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will be part of the Scheme Transition Unit Administration team, which manages a wide range of projects. These include the wind-up of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes, as well as Pensioner Verification Exercises and Deferred Verification Exercises.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of the Scheme Transition Unit team, providing a high-quality and fully compliant service to your own portfolio of clients, while also supporting new projects as they arise in the future.
You will work directly with Ireland-based consultants.
We will count on you to:
- Administer a diverse portfolio of schemes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet compliance requirements and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on an ongoing basis.
- Liaise with offshore colleagues to ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor and track task completion within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are completed in line with agreed terms.
- Assist the Fund Accounts team in the preparation of the Trustee Annual Report.
- Support the Team Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.
