The Project Manager is responsible for working with business partners to identify and implement small to medium projects that support achievement of simple to complex unit or corporate goals. Projects will be business in nature. Works with moderate guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. Operates within defined parameters using project management methodology.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project changes through established change-control processes.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation.
  • Track project performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Create and maintain workflow solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Support change management activities related to new technology, automation initiatives, and process enhancements.
  • Manage vendor, contractor, and third-party relationships when applicable.
  • Facilitate project closure activities, including lessons learned and final reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, which at least 2 years are spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization is strongly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet
  • Experience developing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience with process mapping and business process improvement methodologies.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $ 74,800 to $ 123,420
