Since our demerger from Woolworths, we’re seizing the opportunity to transform how we operate as a standalone, independent business and establish the tech and processes to propel us forward.

Are you a pragmatic, high-energy leader who thrives on turning complex strategies into seamless execution?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our E2E Simplification Stream. In this role, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, leading a dedicated team of 3–5 professionals to deliver key project outcomes and drive true business benefit realization.

As a key member of our project leadership team, you will embed robust project management discipline across the program, playing a critical role in shaping how we operate efficiently for the future.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Manage single and complex end-to-end projects within the E2E Simplification Stream, ensuring tangible business outcomes and value realization.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 4 direct reports, cultivating an inclusive culture built on trust and collaboration.
• Partner with the Program Director to embed effective Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tools, and processes across the program.
• Build authentic, collaborative relationships across diverse internal teams including Change & Comms, Business Improvement, Operations, HR, and Finance.
• Bring structure to ambiguity, balancing competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.

​​​​​​​You bring a blend of critical thinking, humility, and positive energy. You are curious, pragmatic, and comfortable adapting in fast-paced or disrupted environments.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading end-to-end project deliveries.
• An authentic, resilient leader who builds diverse teams, celebrates win together, and stays composed under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Experience operating within customer-focused environments (Retail, FMCG, or adjacent industries highly regarded).
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, paired with strong initiative and organizational flair.
• Proficient with core project presentation, spreadsheet, and document applications.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Relevant undergraduate degree or formal project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMBOK, Agile).
• Background in Retail, FMCG, or complex commercial transformation environments.
