Job Description SummaryAre you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead complex, high-impact non-turnkey grid projects? We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee the full lifecycle of our Grid Solutions projects across the ANZ region.
In this role, you will have end-to-end accountability from contract award to final acceptance. You will act as the key partner for our customers, ensuring our solutions are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while fostering high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, financial oversight (P&L), and procurement.
  • Safety & Governance: Lead with an uncompromising commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. Ensure all project activities adhere strictly to internal governance frameworks and company procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors. Build lasting relationships and ensure high Net Promoter Score (NPS) results through clear, proactive communication.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage project P&L, including sales, margin, billing, and cash flow. Provide regular, transparent reporting to leadership via Project Management Reviews (PMRs).
  • On-Site Leadership: Travel to project sites to conduct progress reviews, coordination meetings, and safety audits.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a local or international university.
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of proven success in project management, contract administration, and unit P&L management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with grid products (GIS, AIS, Power Transformers, and Substation systems) is highly valued.
  • Systems Skills: Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Microsoft Projects, and Smartsheet.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Mindset: A proactive, energetic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and manages pressure with composure.
