Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, project timeline execution, stakeholder engagement, and communication across multiple organizational groups to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between technical, operational, and business teams.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, action items, and resource allocation.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and drive timely resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with project management tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to serve as a communication hub across multiple teams and organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating activities among technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience managing enterprise technology or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, large enterprise, or regulated environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, PTO, and 401(k)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Location: Northeast: In-person (Cherry Hill, NJ OR, West Caldwell, NJ, OR Brooklyn, NY,  OR Melville, NY)
