About the role Job SummaryThe role is responsible for managing technical projects or processes independently with limited supervision. The role includes solving complex problems through investigation and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Typically a University degree and at least of 5–7 years of relevant experiencee.
- Strong project management and engineering skills.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
