Why this job is important
This role plays a key part in delivering Finance Transformation initiatives across Kantar. You will help simplify processes, improve systems and enable better ways of working across Finance.
You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects, working with stakeholders across geographies and functions. Your work will support smarter decision-making, stronger controls and more efficient operations.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead Finance Transformation projects from planning through to delivery
- Create and manage clear project plans, milestones and deliverables
- Work with stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Business Services teams to drive progress
- Ensure projects stay on track in terms of scope, timelines, budget and quality
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies, and support timely resolution
- Prepare clear updates and materials for senior stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and define improvements
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve Finance processes
- Capture learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery
The ideal skills and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments
- Background or understanding of Finance processes is beneficial
- Experience in transformation, process improvement or system implementation (e.g. ERP) is helpful
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with appropriate support and manage competing priorities
- Structured approach to delivery, including planning, risk and issue management
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage resources effectively
- Familiarity with project management approaches (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or similar)
- Ability to work across global and matrixed organisations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
