We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our operational processes in Sales Operations team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build structure where it's missing, hold the teams accountable, and resolve problems efficiently. This is a cross-functional role to ensure processes are implemented and followed across the teams
About the job:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Develop, document, and maintain clear SOPs for core processes.
- Roll out SOPs to relevant teams and ensure they are understood and consistently followed.
- Use insights from compliance gaps to inform coaching, training, and further process refinement.
- Coordinate across functions (e.g., sales, operations, product) to align priorities and drive delivery
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks in the process, and optimise the process
- Define clear requirements and proposals for process improvements.
- Convert improvement ideas into actionable plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.
- Measure the impact of changes and iterate based on results.
- Proven experience in project, program, or operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to write and enforce SOPs and process documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, root-cause mindset.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Project management certification., e.g., PMP. (nice to have)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies is (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with project and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
