What You'll DoOrchestrate the end-to-end delivery of integrated creative and social campaigns, ensuring work progresses smoothly from briefing through final execution.
Bring together multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Strategy, Social, Account, Production, KOL/Influence, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across a large portfolio of brands, balancing competing priorities without compromising quality, timelines, or team momentum.
Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring projects stay on track in a fast-moving agency environment.
Own project operations, including resource planning, freelancer and vendor management, project scope, timelines, budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery governance.
Support integrated pitches and new business initiatives by coordinating timelines, managing cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring high-quality submissions are delivered on schedule.
Continuously improve project workflows, communication, and delivery processes, creating more efficient ways of working across teams.
Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners by bringing clarity, accountability, and confidence to every stage of delivery.
At least 5 years of project management, creative operations, integrated production, traffic, or delivery experience; within a creative, social, digital, or integrated agency.
Experienced in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing speed, quality, commercial requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong understanding of creative and social production workflows, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Naturally proactive; you anticipate challenges before they become issues and keep projects moving with minimal supervision.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex timelines, budgets, resources, and operational processes.
Excellent communicator who brings people together, builds trust quickly, and keeps cross-functional teams aligned around shared goals.
