About the role
In this exciting role, you will take full ownership of complex, high-impact wide bandgap R&D projects that shape our future product portfolio. Operating at the crossroads of advanced technology, global collaboration and commercial success, you will lead projects from concept through to execution—ensuring the right balance of quality, timelines, cost and risk.
What our Project Manager will do
Define and implement the overall project plan in consultation with all relevant stakeholders and within agreed boundaries (specification, quality, timing, costs, information reporting and organization)
Manage all requested changes via the change management process
Analyze project risks relating to specifications, costs, timing, etc. and develop and incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks
Define competencies and resources needed and build a high performing project team
Lead, coach and mentor the project team members, providing operational guidance and conflict resolution
Ensure that relevant quality standards for projects are defined and met, and initiate and contribute to quality improvement activities related to business processes and procedures
Upgrade and adapt own competence, sharing knowledge and learning across the organization
What our Project Manager will need
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
Proven track record of successful management and delivery of high-impact projects within fast-paced technology led environments
Good knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their applications
Relevant project management qualification (preferred)
Strong drive with a clear focus on project goals and deliverables and the ability to prioritize
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and work effectively within cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
