The Project Manager needs to achieve key results in Revenue and Customer Loyalty. He/She is responsible for the accurate and timely revenue tracking and forecasting for all Elekta solutions (to customer) along with the responsibility to deliver high client satisfaction at the completion of project delivery. The position will promote the proper and efficient use of project management techniques and tools by the department. He/She is responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, expense and all OF efficiency targets.
The Project Manager is responsible for negotiation with customer, hospital, rigging company, construction company, or any third-party companies that involve in the project to keep both Elekta project schedule and customer commitment in mutual benefit. He/She also need to closely work with internal sales department, logistics department, installation department, application department and service department with efficient communication and proper handover between different parties.Responsibilities• Responsible for project management by creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
• Responsible to take control all project in Vietnam.
• Responsible for pre-sales project management if needed.
• Drive efficiency and improvement programs identified by self or by company.
• Accountable for Elekta’s Customer and Employee Loyalty Culture, closed loop processes and related process improvements within the department.
• Continuous good communication internally (department heads, functional heads and Product Supply Centers) & externally (distributors, suppliers and customers).
• Providing a Weekly Site report and leading Project meetings with related parties.
• Direct communication to each related project team.
• Overview of revenue execution and drive with possibility way to achieve the target.
• Controlling Health and Safety for all staff related to onsite working (site readiness adjustment) based on each issue.
• Follow strictly Elekta Compliance and Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• 50% travel expected within Vietnam or APAC based on requirement

• Project Management experience (medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and is preferred).
• 4+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of revenue management and forecasting experience
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• AutoCAD and Sketchup operating program are a plus.
• Forecast and strategy driving mindset.
• Able to work under pressure especially with more than 5 parties (Internal and External).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Science, engineering, medical or technically related university degree holder or above. Project management qualification is preferred.
