Join our global DPC – Digitalization & Processes Compliance & Controlling team as Project Manager to contribute to the success and implementation of Siemens Healthineers harmonized Supplier Management.

Your global tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive improvement, digitalization and change projects within Supplier Management and Supplier Quality Management
  • Define project requirements, timeline, milestones and success criteria
  • Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Maintain project documentation, governance, and reporting
  • Communication & Training management related to the project, tools and processes
  • Take proactive approach to change management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance processes, services, and digital solutions
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support the measurement of project outcomes
  • Facilitate strong partnerships and enabling informed decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and quality requirements
  • Work closely with Procurement, Quality, IT, EHS, Cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business value
  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and proactively suggest innovative solutions that support continuous improvement

Your qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline combined with significant professional experience in Supplier Quality, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a highly regulated industry (e.g.: medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, rail, automotive)
  • Additional 3-5 years work experience in the above mentioned fields and industries
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous but not required
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean)
  • Advanced user of project management tools (e.g.: MS Project, Jira, Monday.com)
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and visualization skills
  • Passion for digitalization, process excellence, and quality management
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Willingness and ability to quickly acquire knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the medical device and in vitro diagnostics industry
  • Advanced user of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt various IT solutions used in Supplier Management and Procurement
  • Enjoy working in international and cross-functional virtual teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in complex and dynamic environments
  • Experience in driving and supporting change management initiatives
  • Strong intercultural competence with experience working across different cultures and geographies
  • English language proficiency at Full Professional level (written and spoken)
