Project Manager - Supplier Management Lead (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager – Supplier Management Lead (f/m/d) with strong supplier Management skills to support the development of our latest MIB4 (Infotainment) product which we will be working on customizing for our client, an German OEM.

Your role:

• Project management, in particular all project-specific planning and tracking activities

• Coordinate activities with our targeted suppliers for Hardware and Software modules

• Lead the Change Management System for MIB4 – tracks Change Requests and works with the team to provide adequate quote responses

• Lead all activities related to supplier management from sourcing process of key suppliers until PPAP submission and qualification

• Maintain project schedules as well as ensure smooth flow of development projects

• Coordination and proactive management of launch readiness events and launch readiness reviews

• Risk Management - represent the company in connection with the respective projects in coordination with the Project manager.

• Support of the launch center activities

Your background:

• Degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering) or comparable training

• Several years of experience in the automotive industry

• High social competence and good language skills (both written and spoken) in German and English
