Für den Standort Wuppertal suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen HR Business Partner (m/w/x)
Aufgabenschwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position:
- Beratung von Führungskräften zu verschiedenen Themen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen der zugeordneten Bereiche am Standort
- Personalbetreuung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Durchführung des Recruiting im Betreuungsbereich
- Koordinierung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei zentralen HR-Prozessen wie Talent Management, Performance Management und Mitarbeiterumfragen
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse und Systeme
- Einbindung in HR spezifische, z.T. unternehmensweite Projekte
- Übernahme und Sicherstellung administrativer HR-Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Personalbetreuung sowie Pflege relevanter Personaldaten und HR-Systeme
Qualifikation / Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Personalmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS – Office, Workday-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Selbständige, zuverlässige sowie systematische Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsgeschick und Flexibilität
- Interkulturelle & soziale Kompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit

- Completed degree, preferably Business Administration with HR focus or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in human resources
