Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering technology projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring objectives are achieved within approved scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives, gathering and documenting business requirements, defining project scope, coordinating internal resources and external vendors, managing project governance, monitoring risks and budgets, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and providing regular progress reports. The incumbent is expected to drive successful project execution, maintain strong relationships across business and technology teams, ensure compliance with project management standards, and contribute to the achievement of organizational strategic goals through effective planning, coordination, and delivery of IT solutions.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement roles, with proven experience managing projects from initiation through implementation and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, vendor management, reporting, and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and project governance methodologies. The ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects in line with business objectives will be essential for success in this role.
