What we are looking for:
We are seeking a customer-facing Project Manager to lead and deliver software implementation projects for our Windows, Doors & Glass solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring predictable, on-time delivery outcomes.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer expectations, and driving delivery discipline throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consulting, engineering, and support
- Manage scope, timelines, and change requests to ensure predictable delivery
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans
- Provide clear and consistent updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Lead customer meetings, status reviews, and key milestones
- Escalate risks or issues when needed to maintain project momentum
- Ensure successful project closure and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or software implementation delivery
- Experience managing customer-facing projects in a B2B environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and execution mindset
- Experience working with international teams
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar business systems
- Understanding of software implementation environments and integrations
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industries
