Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients. As an Agile project manager, you will lead a cross-functional software development efforts to ensure that deadlines and requirements are met. You will have strong collaboration with key stakeholders, strong communication skills and the ability to create a comprehensive project plan working with multiple vendors and dependencies. This is an onsite position in Omaha, Nebraska. You will need to be in a hybrid office model 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs).
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of professional experience working as a technical project manager with large-scale web applications
- Direct experience working in an environment where technology and business intersect
- Experience working in application lifecycle management tools
- Developing weekly reports catered towards project teams, executives and steering committee meetings
- Experience with in house and vendor product implementations
- Displays strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Maintains strong execution and drives across multiple fronts; self-starter, speed-oriented
