Responsibilities
- Ensure all tasks are performed safely and with quality in accordance with customer or CRANE procedures.
- Possess necessary training and skills to supervise and/or perform:
- valve & actuator maintenance activities
- applicable valve testing activities
- resolve complex issues
- Effectively communicate with Crane Team and Customer.
- Manage all Crane personnel, track work status, ensure timely communication between Crane and customer.
- Daily updates on outage performance i.e. histograms, HU, safety and injuries.
- Maintaining Pre-outage Action Plan.
- Effectively address and document employee issues and concerns in a timely manner.
