Position: Project Manager Senior at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV
As a Project Manager Senior at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will take a leadership role in managing and delivering complex projects that support the company's strategic goals. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, and ensure communication flow between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and risk management practices. Your role is critical in driving projects to successful completion and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions, define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science
- 7 years of experience in the field of project management
- Experience on at least 3 projects in the field of project management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry
- Knowledge of English. French would be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of the financial products of the Bank (Loans, equity, guarantee)
