- Durchführung geplanter und vorbeugender Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Produktions- und Montageanlagen
- Begleitung von Montage-, Umbau- und Installationstätigkeiten sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei deren Durchführung
- Verantwortlich für die Störungsbeseitigung an technischen Anlagen und die Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit, ggf. Optimierung von industriellen Produktionsanlagen
- Prüfung ortsveränderlicher elektrischer Betriebsmittel nach DGUV
- Regelkonforme Dokumentation der durchgeführten Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und geltender Normen
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare elektrotechnische Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (>3 Jahre) in der Instandhaltung, idealerweise in einem Automotive Bereich
- Ausgeprägte mechanische Kenntnisse mit Schwerpunkt Instandhaltung, Fehlersuche und Reparatur von Anlagen und Maschinen
- Belastbarer Teamplayer mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft zur 3-Schicht sowie Wochenendarbeit
- Kenntnisse in Pneumatik, Hydraulik und SPS-Steuerungen/Robotersteuerung sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Skills Required
- Completed technical training as a mechatronics technician or comparable electrotechnical qualification
- More than three years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge focused on maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair
- Ability to work independently with reliability, commitment, and strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work rotating three-shift schedules and weekends
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC controls, or robot controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
