The RoleWe are looking for a high-execution Project Manager to lead short-cycle SaaS implementation projects ranging from 9 to 12 weeks. This role is designed specifically for fast, focused deployments, not long-running, consulting-heavy professional services engagements.
You will manage small, cross-functional delivery teams, run multiple implementations in parallel, and be accountable for on-time, on-scope, high-quality delivery using a standardized SaaS implementation model.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, structured, decisive, and comfortable operating with urgency.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Execution- Own end-to-end delivery of 2–3 concurrent SaaS implementation projects with durations of 2–3 months
- Execute projects using a repeatable, template-driven SaaS implementation approach
- Drive tight scope control and prevent scope creep from derailing timelines
- Ensure rapid onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live readiness
- Lead small delivery pods (Solution Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Support/QA)
- Run daily/weekly execution cadences (standups, status reviews, risk reviews)
- Hold team members accountable to milestones and deliverables
- Escalate blockers early and drive resolution without dependency paralysis
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
- Set clear expectations on scope, timelines, roles, and success criteria
- Communicate status crisply to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage customer risks proactively to protect go-live commitments
- Use lightweight but disciplined project governance (plans, RAID, status reports)
- Maintain accurate project documentation and delivery metrics
- Feed learnings back into implementation playbooks and templates
- Partner closely with Product, Support, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs
- 5–8 years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementations
- Proven experience delivering short-cycle (≤3 month) projects
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models (configuration over customization)
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
- Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management skills
- Strong bias for action, structure, and accountability
- Comfortable working with global customers and distributed teams
- Experience with ERP-adjacent or enterprise platforms (SAP, EAM, MES, CMMS, etc.)
- Prior exposure to Agile / hybrid delivery models
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (nice to have, not required)
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments
- Global Impact: Work on impactful projects for some of the world's largest enterprises.
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
- Invest in You: Access to a wide range of e-learning courses and a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Customer First: We are relentless in our pursuit of customer satisfaction.
- Innovate & Iterate: We embrace bold ideas and learn quickly from our failures.
- Act with Integrity: We are transparent, honest, and accountable in all our interactions.
