We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our European Systems & Services team based in Bucharest, Romania.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing customer projects, from initial engagement until final customer acceptance. You will manage the project through SAP PS to ensure delivery of the project on time, within quality, budget and customer expectations. You will manage communication with all stakeholders (e.g. customers, external partners and internal sales teams) and pro-actively strive for customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, Profit & Loss ownership and contribute to one team spirit culture.

What you’ll do

• You will create all project plans and schedules in SAP PS – including alignment with customers, supply chain and external vendors.
• You will evaluate and manage all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value and identify up-selling opportunities in course of project.
• You will manage the project’s Profit & Loss, secure and improve margin.
• You will manage all project updates and agreed alignments with stakeholders.
• You will pro-actively come up with improvements in our way of working, sharing best practices and embrace continuous (LEAN) improvement culture

Your qualifications

• You are fluent in English - it is a must!. Other European languages are a plus.
• You are graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience managing large business-to-business projects ideally within the Building Management Systems or construction area.
• You are an excellent communicator, collaborator experienced in cross functional and cross country way of working
• You demonstrate stakeholders management skills and ability to solve problems using the potential of collective approach
• You are willing and able to travel to customer sites.
