The Fluke Program Management Office is seeking a Project (Program) Manager to drive business growth by applying program management skills. Fluke is the world leader in professional electronic test tools and software; your programs will help keep the world up and running by developing and delivering rugged, reliable, and accurate test and measurement tools and software used by professionals in critical and fast-growing industries such as solar power and electric vehicle service equipment. 

Reporting to the manager of the PMO Develop team, you will own process discipline, leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed program teams through scoping, securing resources, setting program targets, and holding self and team accountable. The role requires a person who is comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, in managing conflict and tradeoffs and enabling cross-functional clarity and execution.  

 

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of Program or Project Management experience, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to indirectly lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and effectively communicate at all organizational levels.

  • Experience managing small to medium-sized programs with budgets up to $10M USD, including scope, resources, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated change management, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
  • Strong understanding of Program Management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, and tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, action plans, issue trackers, and risk registers to drive successful program execution.
  • Proven ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, drive countermeasures, and lead teams through changing priorities and complex business challenges.
  • Experience managing project budgets and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support program objectives and leadership reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle and product development processes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of PLM systems such as Oracle, eMatrix/Enovia, or similar tools is preferred.

 

Preferred:  

  • APM, PMP or PfMP Certification highly desired 

  • Implementation history of complex program / portfolio releases
