The Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a technical resource assisting the Project Management Office (PMO) to become a high performing team. You will be involved in a variety of projects including working closely with the software engineering teams for new feature creation and launch new products for the D&B Digital Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage strategic Dun & Bradstreet Digital initiatives including Global E-Commerce, Customer Portal and Single-Sign-On and D&B Marketplace
- Manage the communication and escalation among cross-functional groups
- Work closely and efficiently with the development team to complete requirements
- Troubleshoot issues associated with the integrations, document production problems and coordinate the escalation of issues
- Provide ongoing support and communication between stakeholders and technology teams
- Ensure that issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate requirements in written and verbal forms to both technical and non-technical personnel
- In addition to managing technical products, strategize and help identify new opportunities
- Plan timelines and milestones within each product phase by working with resources and collecting estimates
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and analysis
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or related field is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of technical product or 5+ years of project management experience (startup or consulting preferred)
- Technical background
- Full product lifecycle experience (requirements, design, implementation, deployment), preferably in the technology industry
- Experience working in an Agile environment, managing projects across multiple teams
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Visio is a plus
- Working knowledge of relevant project management tools and systems (e.g. JIRA, project plans, program status management, etc.)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams managing technical products
- Proven ability to work efficiently with multiple business product owners and stakeholders
- Ability to manage a wide range of projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience communicating with the Director, VP and Executive-level management during project development, priority setting, status and budget reporting
- Experience in a high-traffic online, consumer-facing and/or eCommerce business
