Role Overview - Sr. Insights Analyst / Qualtrics Specialist
Escalent is seeking a Sr. Insights Analyst / Qualtrics Specialist to join our Financial Services team. This individual-contributor role blends market research execution, analysis, and client-facing insights with hands-on use of Qualtrics for surveys and dashboards. You will help design and deliver research for well-known brands, translate data into clear findings, and communicate results directly with clients, with guidance from experienced team members. This is not an entry-level position; the role is intended for candidates with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Our industry groups have a diverse set of clients offering you the chance to work on projects ranging from large quant studies that are fielded internationally, or smaller highly custom studies that may include a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to manage. Across our teams, we have great people, great work, and clients that treat us like an extension of their team. In addition, we have internal experts to help you learn and grow analytically, plus navigate the nuances of our clients' business or industry.
The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $95,000. If this is not the right level for you, please check out our other postings. This position is primarily remote; however, if you prefer a hybrid option, we have offices available in Chicago and Boston.

- Analyze research results and create graphical displays that communicate key findings and their implications for clients.
- Create reports that include effective graphs, tables, summaries, and narratives.
- Build and maintain client-facing Qualtrics dashboards for ad hoc research and tracking programs, translating research outputs and crosstabs into clear visualizations and supporting data updates and KPI consistency across waves.
- Contribute to client presentations of research findings and dashboards, respond to questions within your area of responsibility, and incorporate feedback with support from the project team.
- Document survey and dashboard requirements, testing, and updates clearly so project teams can maintain consistent, accurate deliverables.
