Project Manager/ Projektleiter (m/f/d) - Elektrotechnik

What you will do

• Realization of projects in compliance with the defined costs, deadlines, boundary conditions within the framework of project assignments with the main focus on electrical engineering.
• Planning and execution of projects for the extension of the Nexperia infrastructure (E-technology). Creation of electrical specifications for Nexperia.
• Supervision of Nexperia infrastructure regulations (e.g. 10kV, 400V, 208V,). Contact person for RU (EVU) for extensions.
• Proper handling of orders and creation/ elaboration of project KPIs.
• Planning and execution of projects in electrical engineering such as communications engineering, data technology, radio and room security technology, fire protection technology, lightning systems and UPS.
• Preparation of documentation and revision plans for Nexperia's electrotechnical infrastructure systems
• Technical and organizational special electrical tasks in the area of responsibility for  Real Estate/ Facility Management.

What you will need

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related subjects
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project management and engineering incl. tendering, hand-over
• Technical expertise in electrical systems and engineering
• Expertise in high and low voltage supply
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• A structured approach to work is essential
• Perseverance, cooperation skills, and determination are necessary to fulfill the job requirements
• Project management skills and experience in using typical software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Auto-CAS
• Very good German and fluent in English

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Realisierung von Projekten unter Einhaltung der festgelegten Kosten, Termine und Rahmenbedingungen im Rahmen von Projektaufträgen mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik.
• Planung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Erweiterung der Nexperia-Infrastruktur (E-Technologie). Erstellung von elektrischen Spezifikationen für Nexperia.
• Überwachung der Nexperia-Infrastrukturvorschriften (z. B. 10 kV, 400 V, 208 V). Ansprechpartner für RU (EVU) bei Erweiterungen.
• Ordnungsgemäße Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Erstellung/Ausarbeitung von Projekt-KPIs.
• Planung und Durchführung von Projekten in der Elektrotechnik, wie z. B. Kommunikationstechnik, Datentechnik, Funk- und Raum-Sicherheitstechnik, Brandschutztechnik, Blitzschutzanlagen und USV.
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Überarbeitungsplänen für die elektrotechnischen Infrastruktursysteme von Nexperia
• Technische und organisatorische spezielle elektrische Aufgaben im Verantwortungsbereich von Real Estate/ Facility Management.

Ihr Profil

• Masterabschluss in Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebieten
• Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Engineering, einschließlich Ausschreibungen und Übergaben
• Technisches Fachwissen in elektrischen Systemen und Engineering
• Fachkenntnisse in Hoch- und Niederspannungsversorgung
• Führungsqualitäten
• Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist zwingend erforderlich
• Beharrlichkeit, Kooperationsvermögen und Zielstrebigkeit ist notwendig, um die Arbeitsanforderung zu erfüllen
• Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung typischer Software wie Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project und Auto-CAS
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
