About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across commercial office fit-out and selected industrial projects, from planning and design through construction, handover, and close-out.

  • Lead and coordinate MEP-intensive scopes, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural, and specialist systems.

  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, optimizing resources and supporting Assistant Project Managers to ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors—reviewing drawings, RFIs, change orders, progress claims, and project risks throughout the lifecycle.

  • Own project governance including budgets, schedules, procurement, reporting, and compliance with statutory, safety, and client requirements.

  • Act as the key client interface, providing clear communication, issue resolution, and trusted advisory support across project milestones.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in project management, with strong exposure to MEP-driven commercial office fit-out projects; industrial project experience is a strong advantage.

  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, MEP systems, cost control, contracts, and site execution.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior team members (APMs / Project Coordinators).

  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills; English proficiency is required for client engagement.
