We are seeking a highly polished, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial disaster restoration projects from initial contact through final completion. This is a client-facing, high-responsibility role within a white-glove, concierge-style service company that specializes in high-end residential properties and commercial losses.

The ideal candidate combines operational discipline with strong interpersonal and sales capabilities. This individual will be responsible not only for managing projects but also for building trust with clients, identifying additional service opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restoration projects from start to finish, including mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction phases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience
  • Conduct detailed site inspections and develop accurate project scopes
  • Prepare estimates (Xactimate or similar preferred) and communicate clearly with clients and adjusters
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand project scope where appropriate
  • Coordinate subcontractors, internal crews, and vendors to ensure timelines and budgets are met
  • Oversee quality control with a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail
  • Ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices
  • Maintain thorough documentation for insurance claims and internal records
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and referral partners


Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in restoration, construction, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Sales mindset with the ability to identify and close additional work opportunities
  • Experience with estimating software (e.g., Xactimate) is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance claims processes is a strong plus
  • Ability to manage both residential (including high-end homes) and commercial projects
  • Professional presence and polished demeanor suitable for high-net-worth clientele
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; prior small business ownership is a plus
