- Experience in Project Management, Project Planning, Estimation, Scheduling, Costing, People management, SOW and Risk Management.
- People management with proven experience of managing large team programs in onsite-offshore model.
- Managing recruitment, training and selection of personnel as well as organizing, planning, and staffing operations.
- Team Management, Service Delivery Management, Client Relationship Management.
- Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements
- Carrying out resource planning, technical direction, effort estimation, tracking, risk management & mentoring; analyzing user requirements and statistics to identify trends and resolve performance issues.
- Implementing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track project execution and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Software and System Managers.
- Should have strong knowledge on intel platform(Intel Client/Various Intel product family)
- Should have validation experience in Windows ,Linux and Bios, Firmware and Device driver validation
- Solid background in Pre/Post Silicon validation - x86 Architecture
- Nice to have automation development experience (Python, Perl).
- Interfacing b/w Client and testing teams, and support teams for testing, delivery and product dependencies
- Excellent verbal communications skills. Good articulation skills
- Demonstrated team player and leadership in a dynamic, fast moving and fast growing product development environment is preferred
- 4+ years of progressive experience in intel platform (Intel Client/Various Intel product family).
- Nice to have automation development experience (Python, Perl).
- Interfacing b/w Client and testing teams, and support teams for testing, delivery and product dependencies.
- Bachelor’s degree required, BE preferred.
- Should have strong knowledge on intel platform (Intel Client/Various Intel product family)
- Should have validation experience in Windows ,Linux and Bios, Firmware and Device driver validation
