We're Looking For A: Project Manager, Operations drives key projects to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support organizational growth. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and resources, and ensures alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate excels in project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: Remote (HQ located in Woodland Hills, CA)
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans focused on operations areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, procurement, and warehousing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across operations, product, marketing, retail, and legal to ensure projects align with broader business goals and support operational improvements. Coordinating internal resources and ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within budget and scope.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery across all operational functions.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and communicate updates to stakeholders to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to align on objectives, gather input, and provide updates on project milestones and outcomes.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes or technologies by providing training, resources, and ongoing support as needed.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards, operational policies, and regulatory requirements across project activities.


Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):

  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced Degree (MBA, Master's) in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience preferred
  • PMP or comparable certification
  • 5+ years previous project manager experience. Experience in agile, and waterfall methodology. Previous experience in managing projects within Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain. Skills in Excel, Jira, Powerpoint, MSproject or Smartsheet.
  • Deep understanding of process management, the creation and documentation of SOPs and workflows.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically, analyze complex situations, and make informed decisions that align with project objectives and organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) or PRINCE2, and the ability to apply them effectively in project planning and execution.
  • Time and Resource Management: Ability to effectively manage project schedules, prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and optimize resource utilization to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project information, status updates, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skill to identify and manage project stakeholders, build strong relationships, and effectively address their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills to foster effective teamwork, facilitate communication and cooperation among team members, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines, and effectively manage project scope changes and risks.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks, issues, and constraints, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, and developing contingency plans to minimize their impact on project success.

The base salary range is $84,800.00-$113,100.00 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
