ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Builds strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels with Store Operations, Strategy Field Leadership Teams, Finance, Visual & Marketing, Global Tech Solutions (GTS), Human Resources, and Talent Development, amongst others
- Provides project support on various major initiatives, implements clear communication, leads task completion, and measures project results from launch through field implementation
- Acts as an advocate for Stores throughout the process
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute project management activities for assigned initiatives — building project plans, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategy into clear, actionable execution from launch through field implementation
- Pilot new capabilities, tools, and technologies — embracing curiosity and experimentation to continuously evolve the store experience
- Lead initiatives in partnership with HR on people strategies, new roles, and reporting to optimize store structures
- Liaise with Global Tech Solutions on new customer journey technology and innovation, from test through implementation
- Partner with Gap Real Estate teams to ensure future strategies meet growth and operational goals
- Identify and lead the path to scale proven initiatives across the field, partnering with Field and HQ teams to uncover new opportunities that drive sales productivity
- Plan change management strategies for post-launch sustainability, defining clear measures of success and providing ongoing status updates and results analysis to stakeholders
- Act as an advocate for Stores throughout the project lifecycle, weighing the impact of initiatives on customer experience, labor, and store execution
