Job Description

We’re seeking an Project Manager who will be pivotal for the development of comprehensive project plans that cover scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies in support of the Marketing Division. Our Marketing Division plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand, reaching our audience, and driving business growth.

What You’ll Do:
Craft Comprehensive Project Plans: You’ll develop robust project plans that cover scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies. Your expertise in both traditional project management and Agile methodologies will ensure seamless execution.

 

Agile Champion: Leverage your deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to tailor processes that empower cross-functional creative teams. Data-driven insights will guide your decisions as you drive projects with speed and agility.

 

Strategic Alignment: As the main point of communication, you’ll keep all relevant parties informed of plans, status updates, and changes. Your ability to align program goals with company objectives will be critical to our success.

 

Qualifications:


Proven Experience: You’ve successfully delivered complex projects in an Agile environment. Your track record speaks volumes.

 

Leadership Skills: In high-stress situations, you remain calm and focused. Your leadership inspires confidence and drives results.

 

Tech Savvy: Dive into Marketing’s technology stack (Smartsheets, Jira, Ziflow, Confluence, SharePoint) with ease.

 

Communication Excellence: Whether verbal, non-verbal, or written, you articulate ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.

 

Agile Expertise: You’re well-versed in Agile methodologies and know how to apply them practically in project management.

 

Professionalism: Even under demanding circumstances, you maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive relationships.

 

Servant-Leader Mindset: Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration, consensus-building, and supporting team members.

 

Tool Proficiency: You’re proficient in work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Ziflow. Your willingness to explore new technologies sets you apart.

 

Adaptability: You can understand complex verbal or written instructions and navigate data processing applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in project management with marketing or agency experience (or equivalent work-related experience). Advanced degrees are preferred, and Agile certifications are highly desirable.

This position will be based in Memphis, TN at our National Executive Office, and be eligible for hybrid work schedule.
