Project Manager Measurement

Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Project Manager to manage various client-facing projects, including some large-scale data transfer projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, and data transfer protocols. They will be responsible for ensuring that data transfer projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, and establish key deliverables and milestones.

· Identify necessary resources, including internal teams and needed platforms.

· Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.

· Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications through quality control measures.

· Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, and correspondence, to ensure project integrity and compliance.

· Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.

· Coordinate with client-facing teams to understand their requirements and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Develop detailed project plans, in WorkFront, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

· Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

· Ensure data integrity and security during transfers by adhering to best practices and industry standards.

· Collaborate with internal execution teams, including data teams, data analysts, and quality assurance, to facilitate efficient data transfers.

· Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the projects.

· Provide regular project status updates to client-facing teams and other stakeholders.

· Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities and communications.

· Foster strong internal relationships and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

· Education or training  in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field will be favourable.

· Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in data transfer or IT-related projects.

· Strong understanding of data transfer protocols, security standards, and compliance requirements.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
