The major responsibilities of this position are overseeing and managing the projects assigned, serves as liaison between the different stakeholders, and provides leadership in leading IT projects with diverse teams. This position will lead multi-team projects, coordinating work, and providing appropriate communication to all project stakeholders especially to high-level management in order to ensure successful project completion and compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLA). This position will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with external customers and sales personnel, prioritizing their project work and acting as a product and/or system expert.
What You'll Bring:
- Act as a project management expert by proposing, developing, promoting and rolling out project management processes, tools, and techniques to TU associates within Asia Pacific Decisioning Hub.
- Lead major cross-functional projects by directing and overseeing the work done by others in project administration, issue resolution and escalating them when necessary, managing project budgets, and ensuring that project communication exceeds stakeholder needs.
- Interface with stakeholders on all project related issues, changes, reporting, and impacts ensuring that comprehensive information is provided to all stakeholders in a timely manner. Work with other organizations to prioritize their project work.
- Ensure that standard project processes are followed so that changes to project scope, requirements, resources, functionality, and risks are monitored, documented, and communicated to all project stakeholders in a timely manner.
Impact You'll Make:
- Propose new and improved project, business, and company standards while following all existing standards where they apply.
- Ensure that post implementation support is provided for complex projects and/or products that have been developed or enhanced to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently and that customers' needs are addressed in a timely manner and SLA’s are complied 100%.
- Interface with customers and sales personnel, developing and understanding the customers' business, defining business problems, and devising solutions to system and product-related problems and issues, using knowledge of products and/or systems to develop detailed specifications to resolve those business issues and problems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
