Role Overview:
Is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager /
Marketing Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations, marketing
initiatives, project coordination, and community engagement efforts. This role
is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced marketing and PR environment,
can manage multiple priorities, and takes initiative with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, patient, and
capable of handling quick turnarounds while maintaining professionalism and
quality work.
Scope of Work:
Project & Administrative Management
- Assist
in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple projects
- Coordinate
timelines, deliverables, and communications
- Maintain
project documentation and reports
- Support
budget and expense tracking
- Help
identify project risks and provide proactive solutions
Research & Database Management
- Conduct
market and product research
- Research
weekly community-focused events across:
- Miami-Dade
County
- Broward
County
- Palm
Beach County
- Maintain
and update contact databases and mailing lists
Marketing & Content Support
- Create
and schedule creative content using Canva
- Assist
with newsletter curation and publishing through Constant Contact
- Support
social media content preparation
- Assist
with WordPress website updates and content management
Communication & Coordination
- Provide
regular updates and status reports
- Collaborate
with stakeholders and support ongoing marketing campaigns
- Respond
quickly to changing priorities and short-notice requests
Qualifications:
- Previous
experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager
- Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Ability
to work independently and take initiative
- Strong
attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable
working in a fast-paced marketing or PR environment
- Ability

Shifts & Hours:
- Part-time
role: Starting with a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Semi-flexible
schedule
- Must
be available to work primarily within EST time zone hours
- Some
flexibility may be provided once workflows are established
