Buscamos un(a) Gerente de Proyectos responsable de liderar la implementación exitosa de las soluciones de Elekta en los sitios de clientes. Este rol se enfoca en planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos asegurando cumplimiento en tiempos, alcance, calidad y objetivos financieros.

Será el/la punto principal de contacto con el cliente, garantizando una experiencia de implementación fluida y construyendo relaciones sólidas a largo plazo. Asimismo, impulsará mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos y la mejora continua.

Responsabilidades principales

Ejecución de proyectos y gestión de clientes

  • Liderar la implementación de productos Elekta (software y equipo médico) de principio a fin
  • Actuar como punto único de contacto para el cliente durante todo el proceso
  • Asegurar entregas a tiempo, dentro de presupuesto y con alta calidad
  • Construir relaciones sólidas y mantener la satisfacción del cliente
  • Comunicar de forma clara y establecer expectativas con todas las partes

Planeación, coordinación y ejecución

  • Coordinar equipos multifuncionales (Instalación, Aplicaciones, Ventas, Administración de pedidos)
  • Mantener planes de proyecto, documentación y seguimiento actualizados
  • Gestionar recursos conforme a pronósticos financieros
  • Analizar instalaciones próximas para establecer prioridades

Ingresos y soporte de negocio

  • Contribuir al cumplimiento de objetivos de ingresos
  • Apoyar a Ventas en actividades de preventa y propuestas
  • Participar en la elaboración de propuestas para clientes

Excelencia operativa

  • Implementar mejoras en procesos y documentación
  • Mantener sistemas centrales (CLM, seguimiento de proyectos)
  • Apoyar compras locales relacionadas con proyectos

Coaching y colaboración

  • Mentorizar y desarrollar a otros Gerentes de Proyectos
  • Colaborar con equipos internos e influir en stakeholders
Requisitos y experiencia
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Gerente de Proyectos
  • Experiencia en implementación de software y/o equipo médico
  • Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y liderazgo
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente
Competencias clave
  • Manejo de stakeholders y trato directo con clientes
  • Resolución de problemas e iniciativa
  • Manejo de MS Project, Excel, Word y Outlook
  • Capacidad de influir sin autoridad directa

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of Elekta’s medical solutions across customer sites. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned to quality and financial targets.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth implementation experience while building strong, lasting relationships. In addition, you will help drive best practices in project management and support continuous improvement across implementations.

Location: Office based Mexico City

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Customer Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Elekta products (software and medical equipment)
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout planning and implementation phases
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction during and post-implementation
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, setting and managing expectations

Planning, Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Installation, Applications, Sales, Order Administration) to deploy resources effectively
  • Maintain accurate project plans, documentation, and implementation status tracking
  • Manage resource allocation aligned with financial forecasts and revenue targets
  • Analyze upcoming installations to support prioritization

Revenue & Business Support

  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets by driving timelines and identifying opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales activities and proposals
  • Provide input into customer proposals and implementation plans

Operational Excellence

  • Improve processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain centralized systems (CLM, project tracking, site details)
  • Support local purchasing activities where required

Coaching & Collaboration

  • Mentor and develop other Project Managers
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing software implementations and/or medical equipment projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Key Competencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
  • Problem-solving and initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
