- Project Management experience within the Defence sector.
- Working knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS).
- Active NV1 security clearance (or higher).
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail, with strong planning and communication capabilities.
- Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Relevant qualifications and/or accreditations in Project Management.
- Experience developing ODCS capability definition artefacts.
- Working knowledge of the ASDEFCON suite.
