The Role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Consultant / Manager with proven Defence Project Management experience to play a pivotal role within our Canberra team. You’ll collaborate with highly regarded specialists in maritime, national security, and organisational change - gaining exposure to complex programs and contributing to work that creates real impact for our clients.
 
You will be responsible for delivering project management and consulting services to Defence clients—primarily within Joint, Air or Land domain environments. This role involves supporting project outcomes in a consulting context, so excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • Project Management experience within the Defence sector.
  • Working knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS).
  • Active NV1 security clearance (or higher).
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail, with strong planning and communication capabilities.
  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Relevant qualifications and/or accreditations in Project Management.
  • Experience developing ODCS capability definition artefacts.
  • Working knowledge of the ASDEFCON suite.
