Position summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to assist in the weekly agency’s progress, planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of creative projects, from initiation through to completion.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, marketing, etc.) and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the project are executed smoothly.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members, ensuring all parties are informed of project developments and changes.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Support project managers in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project-related communications.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field are appreciated, preferably within a creative or agency environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Attention to Detail: Keep attention to detail and accuracy in managing project documentation and deliverables.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on finding solutions and driving project success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of English and Italian.
