What you’ll do:

You will join the Online Gaming team and in particular the Project Management Team reporting to the Online Gaming Project & Governance Senior Manager.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects and initiatives on digital gaming platforms, both Sisal oriented and Flutter projects, in particular:
-
You will be responsible for defining the projects roadmap and providers integration plan on online gaming platforms, in agreement with the Product Teams.

You will be responsible for coordinating project activities and identifying risks and issues
-
You will kick-off the project start-up and monitoring it during its entire cycle
-
You will represent and discuss the progress of project activities with both the Product team and the IT team

You will support in the definition of the yearly budget and the roadmap forecast during the year
Who you are:
-
You have at least 2-3 years of experience in project coordination roles (Digital/IT project manager, product evolution manager, technology consultant);

You have a degree in Management, Engineering, Innovation, Technology, or a related field;
-
You have excellent task and time management skills, strong relationship skills, and good knowledge of digital platforms and channels;
-
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;

You are interested in technology, digital environment; you are curious and attentive to trends in the digital and gaming world; you are good in interact and communicate with different stakeholders, with business and technical teams and with operational and C-level stakeholders; you are independent and proactive, but you enjoy being part of a team and helping the group achieve common goals.

You know how to work towards objectives and you are able to coordinate the resources needed for the project; you know how to use Microsoft Office package, how to interact in a meeting and how to use project management tools like Jira/Service Now.
Preferably you also have:

Previous experience in Digital/IT project management;

Budget process coordination and management;

Basic knowledge of service management tools (e.g. Jira, Service Now).
