Responsibilities
• Leads technical transformation projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ensures adherence to
governance and risk management standards.
• Works closely with Finance to align and track project budget and savings, and ensures the project meets the
success criteria and business benefits stated in the Business Case and/or PID.
• Represents the project in various governance and inter-department forums and serves as a subject matter
authority and a senior project management community member.
• Leads sophisticated, large-scale and/or high-risk projects that involve multiple senior internal and external
partners and prioritises high impact deadlines and activities.
• Defines and reports on project progress and achievement of project breakthroughs, and updates key partners on
project status and issues.

• Global experience, working with teams in multiple locations simultaneously, and experience in large investment
banking or financial services organisations.
• Background in working across several different sectors both business and IT related projects/programmes, and
technologies in the End User Services product space
