Your Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional projects for KION Indirect Procurement
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within agreed scope
Support our Indirect Procurement business and data analyst in regard to data cleansing, categorization and reporting activities
Support and lead organizational development and changes within the Indirect Procurement organization
Drive long-term project initiatives, such as cost optimization programs and prepare KPI presentations
Support the Procurement Workstream Teams and manage various projects within the Indirect Procurement department
Work independently within the entire organization and across all hierarchical levels
Responsible for reporting and coordination topics: monitor progress and achievements, prepare and maintain presentations, savings reports, KPI dashboards, support Sourcing and Awarding meetings, present projects to senior management, and maintain department information
Collaborate globally and support potential projects and business improvements with KION APAC and America
Build strong relationships with Procurement organization and internal stakeholders in the whole company
Promotes a positive climate by frequent communication on team and company level
Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of his/her authority
Complying with all national labor laws and the employer's internal regulations
Performing work taking into account the rules and other regulations of the country, including the requirements arising from the Integrated Health, Safety and Environmental Management System
Your Skills and Expertise:
Preferred Education: Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Engineering or similar
Experience as a project manager, data processing & data analyst or Indirect Procurement Buyer
Strong organizational talent and a strong enthusiasm for project management
Good problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of MS Office package, especially PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Very good knowledge of the processes and working methods in Indirect Procurement
Experience in working in cross-functional teams and in an international environment
High personal motivation and ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives
People person, who truly enjoys communicating with others, establishing good relations with them, and is open to working in an international environment,
Readiness to business travel
High level of analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
Curiosity with openness to new technologies
