Job Summary

The Project Manager leads cross-functional projects focused on delivering business and technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness, customer experience, and business outcomes. This position will be filled at either the Project Manager III or Project Manager IV level, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and business needs. Each role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects of varying complexity, risk, and scope while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Projects may span multiple departments, involve new technologies, or have significant impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead one or more projects simultaneously, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success measures

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, financial forecasts, and status reporting

  • Facilitate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to drive execution and accountability

  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests

  • Communicate project status, key decisions, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership

  • Coordinate testing, implementation, and readiness activities to support successful project delivery

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and organizational practices

Skills and Background You'll Need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred, High School diploma required

Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive project management experience leading business and technology initiatives

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordination experience preferred, including development and continuous improvement of UAT strategies, standards, and best practices.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and communications plans

  • Experience facilitating project teams within a matrixed organizational environment

  • Experience leading business process improvement, technology implementation, or operational transformation initiatives

  • Retirement plan or financial services industry experience preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred

  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to improve project planning, communications, and delivery outcomes

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$76,250.00 - $111,500.00
