Lead and manage multiple RFPs end-to-end for group employee benefits, coordinating stakeholders and subject-matter experts, producing compliant, competitive proposal deliverables and presentation materials, and supporting sales retention and new-business efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Prepare and analyze accounting transactions, record journal entries, perform reconciliations, support month-end close and financial reporting, liaise with auditors, research and apply accounting guidance, and drive process improvements and automation.

The Actuary will influence product strategy in the Employee Benefits division, preparing financial statements, analyzing results, and presenting insights to leadership while ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Provide day-to-day account management and customer service for employer groups (100–499 lives): manage new cases, renewals, amendments, enrollments, recommend plan changes, promote additional coverage, and collaborate with sales, brokers, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

Provide administrative and legal support to the Transactions Legal Group and senior leaders. Manage calendars, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, legal records, filing and document tracking, support regulatory exams and legal reporting, coordinate document research and intake workflows to ensure efficient legal operations.

Perform operational, IT, financial, and compliance audits including ICFR testing, risk assessment, control evaluation, data analytics enhancements, consulting reviews, fraud investigations, and special projects to assure reliable financial reporting and effective controls.

Serve as subject-matter expert for Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) and related statutory leave compliance. Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations; perform risk assessments, compliance testing, and control remediation; develop policies, training, and customer-facing materials; support audits, regulatory exams, SERFF filings, and cross-functional implementation of compliant leave programs.

Build, enhance, and own AXIS actuarial models for Individual Annuities supporting VM-22 valuation. Drive methodology decisions, model governance, and runtime optimization. Partner with valuation, pricing, FP&A, ALM, and investments to align assumptions and outputs. Analyze results, mentor teammates, and stay current on VM-22 regulatory developments to ensure scalable, validated modeling frameworks.
