Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Development Project Manager. This role is crucial for creating and maintaining project management templates for new products, locally sourced products, and product changes in assigned categories. You will personally monitor and follow up on high-priority projects across all markets, ensuring that timelines are met and projects are delivered on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, QA, Regulatory, R&D, and other departments, to ensure project execution. Additionally, you will help develop roles and responsibilities documents and SOPs for product introductions and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the on-time delivery of all projects in assigned categories.

  • Implement cross-functional project management using Workfront, SharePoint & PLM.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project management templates.

  • Proactively manage deliverable timelines.

  • Establish market time fences to ensure the timely receipt of all Business Cases and PLFs.

  • Ensure critical path milestones are completed within the specified timeframe.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to keep departments informed and on task.

  • Communicate effectively with Product and Portfolio Managers to meet project expectations.

  • Train coordinators and cross-functional team members on project management software, principles, and tools.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor project timelines.

  • Develop methods to show available resources and establish capacities to maintain a suitable workload.

  • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with various departments throughout dōTERRA.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management

  • 2 years of job-related experience

  • Strong understanding of project management principles

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing priorities

  • Capacity to take charge and follow through with tasks

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

  • Proficiency in PLM, project management systems, basic computer, and word processing skills
