What you can expect as a Project Manager II:
- Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans and schedules.
- Lead project meetings, ensuring progress, dependencies, and risks are effectively tracked.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans; track financial performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and resolve conflicts.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Facilitate change management and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Contribute to PMO process improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
What we are looking for as a Project Manager II:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in cross-functional environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Advanced communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
