* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
